Finance Deadlines

1. Early Fall, each year: Present Budget
   
2. October 31, each year: Deadline for members to pay dues
   
3. November 1, each year: Form 18 due to state treasurer
   
4. November 15, each year: All chapters and states must file a tax report with the IRS between July 1 and November 15.
   
5. July 15, each year: All chapter treasurers must complete Form 15 and send it to their state organization treasurer.
   
6. September 1, each year: All state organization treasurers must complete Form 16 and send it to the Business Services Administrator at International Headquarters along with a year-end financial statement, copy of the IRS 990 filing or verification of electronic filing, a financial review or audit, and a copy of the current year’s budget.
   
7. January 14, each year.  All state organization dues must be paid to International.
