Golden Gift Fund Committee
2008 – 2010 Goals
- To select participants for the 2010 Leadership/Management Seminar and recipients for Special Stipends in 2009 and 2010.
- To plan the 2010 Leadership/Management Seminar at the University of Texas at Austin.
- To conduct workshops during the 2009 regional conferences and the 2010 International Convention.
- To represent the Golden Gift Fund Committee and disseminate pertinent information and application forms during the Info Fairs and workshops at the 2009 regional conferences.
- To follow up on the preliminary advance research done for a proposed executive leadership training for women.
- To plan for the possible future of the Renaissance Program.
- To consider holding a pre-convention seminar before the 2010 International Convention.
- To host a Golden Gift reunion during the 2010 International Convention.
- To publicize the Golden Gift Fund activities and recipients: articles in the NEWS. Presidents’ Page, and Society Web site
- To update all application forms, rating forms, letters, procedural manual, committee brochure and other committee materials.
- To generate funds to support the Golden Gift Fund.
- To survey members to study the effectiveness of the Leadership/Management Seminar.
