2009 Leadership Survey Results are Reported

All participants in the Leadership/Management Seminar from 1993 through 2008 were surveyed in March 2009. Participants were asked to detail their professional, community, and Delta Kappa Gamma leadership positions at the time they attended the Seminar and their leadership positions in the same three areas since they attended. They were also asked to submit narrative comments. 50% of those who received the survey responded.

Survey results indicate that the earlier in her career a member attends the Seminar, the more opportunity she has to impact education, be involved in community leadership, and take on significant roles within DKG. All indications are that the Seminar is a very successful Society program. You may read the summary of survey results.
