About the Committee

The international nominations committee is responsible for naming one nominee for each position on the Administrative Board, elected committees and the Educational Foundation Board of Trustees.

Committee Goals

To select the most qualified nominee for each open position
To implement a selection process that guarantees confidentiality while also expediting the selection process
To revise all forms used in the nominations process to reflect best selection practices and the use of technology
To present workshops at International Regional conferences to inform members of the nomination process and revised forms
To develop a Powerpoint presentation to explain the purposes and procedures of the Nominations Committee
To share information from the Nominations Committee on the web site, the NEWS, and the InfoFair.
To maintain an updated “Invitation to Serve” brochure
To conduct the 2012 installation ceremony
