Schedules are still staggered, but staff have returned to the Society Headquarters office.
Due to local and state mandates still in place, the Society Headquarters building remains closed to the public. However, most staff have returned to the building with a staggered schedule on alternating days. When not scheduled to be in the office, staff will continue working remotely and are still accessible by email. The main phone line messages are monitored daily, so please leave a message if you need assistance – your call will be returned as soon as possible by an appropriate staff member even if it is not answered immediately. Of course, please note that on some days, staff members may be using personal phone lines and cell phones, so your call may be returned from an unfamiliar area code.
Unfortunately, DKG Store orders may be delayed during this time as the office building is still not fully open for access to equipment. Orders will be filled as soon as possible in the order of receipt. Due to current mandates in place for the Austin area, the building may not be fully reopened until after December. Your patience and understanding are much appreciated.
